4. Merchant Responsibility

The merchant is solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining their merchant account.

  • Ensuring compliance with their payment service provider.

  • Products or services offered through their business.

  • Taxes, invoices, refunds, and customer support.

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ensuring their connected merchant account remains active and valid.

5. Third-Party Services

JaduPe works with merchant accounts and third-party services selected by the merchant.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, performance, downtime, or actions of any third-party service used by the merchant.

6. Account Security

Merchants are responsible for:

  • Protecting their account credentials.

  • Maintaining account confidentiality.

  • Reporting any unauthorized access immediately.

7. API Usage

When using JaduPe APIs, you agree to:

  • Follow our integration guidelines.

  • Use the Services responsibly.

  • Not misuse or overload our systems.

  • Not attempt unauthorized access.

  • Not reverse engineer or interfere with platform security.

  • Not use the Services for unlawful activities.

Access may be limited or suspended if misuse or abuse is detected.

All software, technology, APIs, documentation, branding, graphics, designs, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of JaduPe unless otherwise stated.
